Free LED spotlight Competition with a service of an air conditioner in September 2016

Terms and Conditions

Method of Entry
Each individual AC unit is one entry. This is an indoor and an outdoor. Multiheads, VRF’s and ducted do not attract multiple entries.

Duration of Promotion
Winner will be drawn from a barrel on the 8th October and contacted by email and telephone. The competition runs from the start of business on the 1st of September and closes at the close of business on the 30th of September.

Publicity Materials
The winner agrees to have a photo taken with Redsell staff at the installation of the prize and the posting of the photo on Facebook and their Website.

Conditions of Prize Installation
Maximum cable run is 10m on an existing light circuit with a single switch. Dual switching, longer cable runs are not included and will be an extra charge.

The light and switch must be on the same building and there will be no underground or above ground cable runs between buildings included.

The prize is not transferrable for cash.

Installation of the new light will be between normal hours Monday to Friday only. Outside hours installation will attract an overtime labour charge.

The promoter is run by Baidannick PTY LTD trading as Redsell (ABN:42 610 723 754)and the Directors decision is final. No correspondence will be considered on the outcome of the draw and the first name drawn will be considered the winner.

The prize will be forfeit of the service of the AC has not been paid for and the light will not be installed if the payment of the AC service is more than two weeks overdue.

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Baidannick PTY LTD trading as Redsell from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Service Competition, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
