Conditions of Service Flyer

 

  1. Limit of three vouchers per person per visit and all are at listed price and must be for 3 different units
  2. Second visit is not redeemable for a different unit and is only valid for the AC unit that the paid service was completed on.
  3. Second service must be taken no later than 8 months after first visit or it becomes invalid. E.G 1/10/16 for first visit means that second visit must be complete by 1/06/17
  4. No repairs or barrel cleans are included in service price and it is valid for a standard service only on unit type. (split or ducted)
  5. Limited service area. Must be north of Kedron, south of Noosa and east of Kilcoy
  6. Service times are in normal business operation hours for Redsell only and special request times outside of these will attract overtime charges
  7. Vouchers must be used within 6 months of delivery. Each voucher is tracked and the delivery date is known.
  8. Vouchers are for service work only and not redeemable for call out diagnosis work on broken or faulty systems. This includes the second visit.
  9. Voucher must be presented to technician on the initial visit to gain second visit for free
  10. All units must be accessible by normal access and not require cherry pickers, booms or special entry to complete. Redsell reserves the right to refuse service to any unit that is not accessible or is considered to be too dangerous to service due to health and safety considerations.
